Xebia is looking for a highly experienced Group Treasurer to join our journey of building and improving a modern, scalable global treasury function. The role will require a balance of strategic oversight and day-to-day operational execution, and will involve shaping treasury processes, systems, and guiding and training internal teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (CFA, CTP, or CPA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in an international corporate treasury environment
- Professional background in a mature and structured organisation
- Proven track record of running treasury operations, leading treasury transformations and building robust, scalable processes
- Deep understanding of financial and derivative markets, core treasury processes, and corporate finance
- Strong experience working with and improving Treasury Management Systems, preferably Kyriba
- Hands-on experience in reviewing bank and financing documentation, with a demonstrated ability to execute deals
- A solid understanding of corporate finance principles and their practical applications
- Familiarity with relevant legal, accounting, and taxation aspects
- Experience working effectively in cross-cultural environments, including with stakeholders from various global regions
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: able to train, mentor, and lead
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Proactive, self-directed, and hands-on approach
- Openness to international business trips (of up to 5 days a month)
