Group Treasurer

Xebia is looking for a highly experienced Group Treasurer to join our journey of building and improving a modern, scalable global treasury function. The role will require a balance of strategic oversight and day-to-day operational execution, and will involve shaping treasury processes, systems, and guiding and training internal teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (CFA, CTP, or CPA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in an international corporate treasury environment
• Professional background in a mature and structured organisation
• Proven track record of running treasury operations, leading treasury transformations and building robust, scalable processes
• Deep understanding of financial and derivative markets, core treasury processes, and corporate finance
• Strong experience working with and improving Treasury Management Systems, preferably Kyriba
• Hands-on experience in reviewing bank and financing documentation, with a demonstrated ability to execute deals
• A solid understanding of corporate finance principles and their practical applications
• Familiarity with relevant legal, accounting, and taxation aspects
• Experience working effectively in cross-cultural environments, including with stakeholders from various global regions
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: able to train, mentor, and lead
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Proactive, self-directed, and hands-on approach
• Openness to international business trips (of up to 5 days a month)
