Supply Chain Sourcing and Contracting Specialist - Fixed Assets

Xcel Energy is seeking a Supply Chain Sourcing and Contracting Specialist to develop and execute engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract project sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have significant contract knowledge and negotiation skills, with a strong background in sourcing and supply chain management principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, including some construction project contract experience
• MBA and Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification or other supply chain certification preferred
• Significant contract knowledge and negotiation skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and significant experience with purchasing and sourcing systems required
