Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years of post-high school education or equivalent work experience in engineering or a related technical field
- Five years of experience in nuclear, fossil, similar industrial facility, or military experience (preferred)
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support a changing work schedule as required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
