We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and retention, ensuring more people discover and keep returning to the events they love. This is a hands-on, data-driven role that blends analytics, lifecycle marketing, and paid acquisition into one mission: delivering sustainable B2C growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth, digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing roles
- Proven track record driving both acquisition and lifecycle retention
- Strong analytical mindset — fluent in turning data into growth decisions
- Experienced with CRM, paid media, funnel optimization, and growth loop execution
- Comfortable with analytics platforms (GA4, GMT, Looker Studio) and marketing ecosystems (Meta, Google)
- Languages: Professional fluency in English; Spanish, Italian, French, or German are a strong plus
