As a face of XCEED for our clients, you’ll be responsible for managing, nurturing, and expanding relationships across a portfolio of clubs, festivals, and organizers.
Requirements
- Own client relationships: act as the trusted partner for our high-value clubs, festivals, and organizers, driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Onboard and educate: deliver smooth onboarding and clear training, empowering clients to use XCEED PRO with confidence.
- Support and problem-solve: provide timely, structured support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Renew and grow accounts: manage standard renewals with a focus on retention and long-term value, escalating complex negotiations to Sales or other stakeholders when needed.
- Analyze performance: monitor and report on client activity (performance metrics, account health…) and spot areas for improvements / action plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance to ensure clear alignment and deliver initiatives that meet client needs.
- Improve how we work: contribute lightweight templates, checklists, or processes that reduce repeat questions and internal noise.
