The Xcalibur Foundation is seeking a Senior Project Officer to play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and monitoring of international cooperation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of projects, impact monitoring, stakeholder coordination, project communication, and fundraising within their area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Studies, Business Administration, Project Management, Development Cooperation, Public Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years in similar positions within international development or cooperation projects
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated capacity to align with and contribute to institutional goals
• Proven experience in securing national and international public funding
• Beneficiary- and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, planning, and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and contexts
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
