Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) | Legal AI Tech Start-up | Full Remote

As Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered experiences for our Legal AI solutions. You will work closely with lawyers, researchers, and engineers to ensure our product is both highly functional and easy to use.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product design, with a focus on UX/UI, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Strong expertise in Figma, prototyping and usability testing methodologies.
• Deep understanding of accessibility principles.
• Fluent German (C2 level) with the ability to communicate professionally with legal professionals.
• Startup mindset – adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a passion for working in a fast-growing environment.
• Valid work permit and EU residence status.
