We are looking for a seasoned Business Development and Operations Manager with proven experience in the manpower outsourcing industry to lead strategic business development and growth, manage client relationships, and recruit and partner with agencies to deliver customized outsourcing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the manpower outsourcing or recruitment industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully selling manpower solutions to high-profile clients.
• Strong network within recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and talent acquisition domains.
• In-depth knowledge of industries such as banking, healthcare, education, and professional services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
