As a Team Leader Mechanical Maintenance, you will be responsible for the reliable organization, implementation, and optimization of all mechanical maintenance processes, including ensuring operational readiness of central production facilities, executing complex repairs, and managing external service providers.

Requirements

• Completed technical studies or master or technician training in mechanical engineering, automation technology, or comparable
• Long-term professional experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in precision or cutting tool production
• In-depth technical knowledge of sandpaper machines, spindle presses, hardening ovens, and drive technology, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding processes
