Job Description
Wundermart is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. The role involves providing technical support to customers and colleagues, troubleshooting and maintenance of ERP and POS systems, and handling incoming tickets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- Great communication skills and fluent in Dutch and English
- Solid experience in handling large volumes of calls and messages from customers using a customer support ticketing system
- Strong affinity with internet technologies and a solid understanding of ERP technology
- Innovative mind, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new procedures
- Proven experience carrying out Technical Support responsibilities, ideally in the retail industry
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
