Job Description
We are hiring for a Senior Pensions Administrator to work within a team to provide a high quality service to our clients, including complex calculations and administration of DB and/or DC schemes.
Requirements
- Accurately processes and manages complex pensions calculations and queries
- Checks and monitors work completed by junior colleagues
- Acts as a point of escalation for technical issues, non-standard cases, and member complaints
- Supports the Team Leader in ensuring service level agreements and performance standards are achieved
- Coaches, supports, and mentors junior colleagues
