Job Description
The Health & Benefits Lead Associate will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, financing and ongoing management of the full spectrum of health and benefits programs. This role involves project management, client interfacing, client deliverables creation, and working with vendors, clients, and subject matter experts. It offers growth in health and benefits business acumen and financial, project management, and client relationship skills.
Requirements
- Partnering with client service team leader to deliver superior project management
- Client service in response to day to day service issues and questions
- Preparing for and facilitating client meetings
- Contributing to benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings and funding strategies
- Analyzing and comparing vendor products, services and contracts
