Job Description
As a Health and Benefits Director, you will lead large client engagements, drive strategy, and grow relationships with clients. You will serve as a key voice to the marketplace and contribute to the evolution of health care delivery.
Requirements
- Benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings and funding strategies
- Vendor procurement, negotiation, and optimization
- Incorporation of specialized health management, absence and disability management, pharmacy, data analytics and compliance strategies
