Job Description
The Data Analyst, Benefits Data Source will contribute to a number of activities to support our global database, including developing technical knowledge of benefit plans and HR policies, using and developing data, process, and project management skills, and maintaining the quality of survey questionnaires.
Requirements
- Maintain knowledge of benefits and HR policies and practices around the world
- Process client submissions and data entry requests
- Manage and maintain the quality of survey questionnaires
- Adhere to all approved process documents, workflows, templates, and training materials
- Coordinate and collaborate with the team on a daily basis
