Client Accounting Relationship Manager

As a Client Accounting Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with Accounting Teams and stakeholders to maximize cash flow and enhance customer service.

Requirements

• Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, Business Units, and other key stakeholders
• Maintain high visibility within Business Units to proactively identify and resolve queries
• Actively monitor, prioritize, and respond to urgent matters
• Take accountability for strategic management of bad debts
• Drive improvements in cash collection performance and KPI metrics
• Proactive management of designated key clients
• Serve as the primary A&S contact for critical client-related issues
• Provide guidance and support to Mumbai teams on escalated issues
