Job Description
As a Senior Manager in M&A Tax, you will advise companies on company transactions and restructuring, identify tax risks, and develop tax strategies. You will lead transaction projects, negotiate with clients, and have in-depth knowledge of national and international tax law.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, law, or a comparable course of study
- Successfully passed the tax consultant exam
- Several years of professional experience in M&A Tax/International Tax
- Very good German, English, and Microsoft Office skills
