Senior Project Control Expert

WSP is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Control Expert to support a large-scale Operations, Maintenance, and Refurbishment (OMR) program for infrastructure assets in Riyadh.

Requirements

• Lead the establishment and management of integrated project controls systems
• Develop and maintain the master schedule and monitor progress
• Manage cost control activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value management (EVM)
• Coordinate with design, engineering, commercial, and delivery teams
• Ensure timely and accurate project reporting
• Identify risks and issues affecting project timelines or costs
• Monitor contractor performance against contract requirements
• Provide input on contract administration and support claims analysis
• Guide junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer of project control best practices
• Liaise with client representatives, ensuring alignment with project objectives, processes, and reporting standards
