Job Description
WSP is seeking a Building Sciences Consultant to join their GTA Building Sciences team in Toronto or Thornhill. This role involves contributing to the firm's specialty consulting services, including providing expertise in areas like capital planning, rehabilitation, and sustainable design. WSP is a leading engineering consulting firm with a strong reputation for innovation and collaboration. The position offers a personalized and remote-friendly work environment.
Requirements
- Apply engineering knowledge to tasks on building sciences and building restoration projects.
- Assist Professional Engineers and Certified Engineering Technologists with building/component evaluations, reporting, design and tender documents.
- Conduct construction site reviews, monitoring quality of building repairs.
- Liaise with contractors, sub-consultants and engineering disciplines.
- Submit proposals for improvements of process, tools and resources.
