The ideal candidate has a commercial education or comparable HR qualification and several years of experience in operational personnel management.

- Commercial education or comparable HR qualification
- Several years of experience in operational personnel management desirable
- Experience with Personio is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and self-responsible work style
- Communication skills, reliability and teamwork
- Very good German language skills as well as solid English language skills
