Job Description
We are seeking a Part Time Maintenance Tech to join our team in Downtown Denver. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of the work equipment and appliances in both the common areas of the condominium and in the individual owner units. The technician will also serve as backup to the maintenance supervisor in the operation, repairs and maintenance of the heating and air conditioning equipment of the building.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with fundamental Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Handyman tasks
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HOA, Multifamily, or Hotel settings
