Job Description
Wpromote is seeking a Manager of Resource Management to manage staffing logistics for internal teams, ensuring efficient and effective staffing across clients, industries, and channels. This individual contributor role requires collaboration with sales, finance, and talent teams to meet dynamic needs. The ideal candidate will be able to recommend and implement strategies, innovate, and develop solutions while leveraging their resource management systems.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with sourcing/deploying internal resourcing within a Media Advertising Agency
- Passion for managing large data sets across several concurrent projects
- Strong G Suite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven track record of establishing strong relationships with internal teams
- Ability to provide accurate and detailed reporting to the leadership team
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
