Product Designer

WPP is the creative transformation company. We're hiring a Product Designer to shape intuitive, effective, and engaging user experiences across our digital platform. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in ambiguity, passionate about user-centred design, and eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges.

Requirements

• Take full ownership of their product / workstream from discovery though to delivery with a strong product mindset.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, leveraging insights to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure the feasibility and integrity of design solutions.
• Advocate for user-centred design principles and accessibility and usability standards across the platform, ensuring our designs are inclusive and easy to use for everyone.
