Job Description
We are recruiting Growth Consultants to work closely with our Senior Directors and sales teams to understand client businesses, identify growth drivers and barriers, and advocate for WPP's modern marketing approach.
Requirements
- An analytical mindset, able to approach issues and challenges from multiple perspectives
- Demonstrated interest and foundational understanding of product growth methodologies
- Familiarity with Ad Tech, MarTech, and the application of AI in marketing
- Understanding of Advertising / Marketing / Media data
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business environments and client challenges
- A natural desire to share knowledge, collaborate, and contribute to team success
- Communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and multi-location team environment
