Job Description

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager for their In-Cabin Monitoring system, which aims to develop a robust system to monitor driver attention and behavior in various driving conditions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about safe and autonomous vehicles and possess strong product management skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- 3+ years in product management (roadmap development, technical requirements definition, motivating engineering teams)
- Experience developing mass-produced products
- Background in software development using tools such as C, C++, and Python
- Experience with image recognition systems, human sensing systems, or related products
- Experience with communication and collaboration in the Japanese workplace, and experience working in English-only teams
