Job Description
Worthington Steel is seeking a Global AI Leader to champion Artificial Intelligence within the company. This role will involve leading AI development, partnering with internal teams, and liaising with external consultants. The ideal candidate will focus on improving customer satisfaction, quality, throughput, and cost, and will also be responsible for managing the company's AI strategy and project portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, advanced analytics, or operations (preferably in manufacturing or IT).
- Proven track record of leading AI/ML initiatives at scale.
- Experience working with global organizations and cross-border teams.
- Competency in Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and ERP systems.
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML applications in manufacturing and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication skills.
