Job Description
Worth AI is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join their product engineering support team. This role involves troubleshooting escalated support issues, recommending solutions, implementing automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining tooling. The company focuses on artificial intelligence and fostering a collaborative, adaptive, and customer-focused environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience
- Proficiency with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, AWS CloudWatch)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Kafka or other message streaming systems
- Proficiency with Typescript, Node, Python or other programming/scripting languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to AWS and cloud operations
- Strong problem solving skills
