Job Description
Worth AI is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and evolve the foundation of their systems, making them faster, more reliable, and more resilient. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles and a proven track record of designing and operating production Kubernetes environments at scale.
Requirements
- Conduct regular interviews with engineering teams to identify operational pain points
- Design and implement scalable Infrastructure-as-Code patterns using Terraform
- Own and evolve the Kubernetes platform
- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Lead systemic reliability initiatives
- Design and enforce secure networking, IAM, and secrets management strategies
- Improve observability
- Optimize cloud cost efficiency
- Own disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and multi-region resilience initiatives
- Refactor brittle or manually managed infrastructure into automated, testable, and reproducible systems
- Communicate technical trade-offs clearly across engineering and product stakeholders
- Lead by example in incident management, risk mitigation, and operational excellence
