Job Description
Worth is seeking a Head of Quality Assurance to lead and elevate the QA function across the organization, defining quality standards and leading a team of QA engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Engineering
- 3+ years of experience leading QA teams
- Prior experience as an SDET or highly technical QA engineer
- Strong hands-on experience writing automated tests in modern frameworks
- Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up
- Deep understanding of test pyramid strategy
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience implementing and organizing structured test case management in Qase
- Strong leadership, coaching, and hiring capabilities
