Senior CAD Designer responsible for executing and assigning complex tasks related to drawing and modeling work, leading a team of up to 6 direct subordinates, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and discipline management.
Requirements
- Responsible for the execution and assignment of complex or high-level tasks that involve independent judgment or criteria related to drawing or modeling work
- Ability to lead and/or train less experienced individuals in drawing and modeling
- Work independently allowing planning and organization of tasks in assigned projects
- Maintain constant and effective communication with the work team
- Work competently and efficiently in specialized design tools, analysis and modeling, and interdisciplinary data-centered methods
- Build appropriate, constructive and effective relationships throughout the organization
- Achieve established results by oneself and by others, meeting defined deadlines
