Job Description
Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR function within assigned geographic regions. The role involves providing HR-related services, such as benefits administration, employee relations, training, and policy implementation. This position requires a perceptive and detail-oriented individual capable of interacting with employees at all levels and maintaining confidentiality. The successful candidate will work closely with senior HR management to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Associate in Business or Bachelors in HR or Business preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of HR experience preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with others.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic business communications skills (writing, listening, etc.).
