Worldline is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow merchant relationships, guide onboarding and migrations, coordinate terminal management, and act as a trusted advisor for payment solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in sales support or customer service, preferably within the payment and banking solutions industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Czech
