Technical Specialist - CSO capacity building and governance - We Rise Together

We are seeking a Technical Specialist - CSO capacity building and governance to join our team in Kandawalai, Sri Lanka. The successful candidate will have experience in community development projects, CSO strengthening programs, and project management. The role involves designing and delivering institutional capacity strengthening activities for CSOs, leading governance and compliance trainings, and mentoring CSOs in financial and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or in Social Sciences, International Development Studies or Community development
• At least 5 years of experience in Community Development projects, CSO Strengthening programmes /Project Management or Coordination in a complex, international organization
• Knowledge of and familiarity with international assistance program requirements and regulations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Tamil, with moderate knowledge of Sinhala considered an added advantage
