Regional Coordinator - Program to Improve Quality of Maternal and Child Healthcare (East Java, West Java, and East Nusa Tenggara)

Wahana Visi Indonesia is seeking five (5) Regional Coordinators to oversee the program in 5 regions of Indonesia. The Regional Coordinator position is responsible for supervising community health work implemented by Community Health Officers on the ground, ensuring completion of assigned tasks and quality of deliverables, and building trust among Puskesmas, Pustu, communities, and local stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or social development or any other relevant field
• Min. 3 years' experience as Project Coordinator or Specialist with bachelor's degree in health, social development, or relevant field
• Experience working with Puskesmas
• Experience working in grant funded projects, humanitarian and development contexts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to travel within the country for coordination purposes to national office, government or donor requirement
• Prepared to engage in field mobility activities
