Food Assistance Officer

World Vision is seeking a Food Assistance Officer to facilitate the planning and implementation of all WFP activities in the Dolo Ado Region, Ethiopia. The successful candidate will ensure the best management of food commodities, lead the planning and implementation of food distribution, and supervise the commodity team at the woreda level.

Requirements

• BA/BSc Degree in Agric. Econ, Disaster Management, Rural Development, and Economics &Dev’s. Studies
• Minimum three to five years working experience with NGOs in Emergency Food security, Livelihood and Nutrition programs
• Amharic, English and Somalign language proficiency
• Knowledge of local language is mandatory
