Job Description
We are seeking a Child Protection in Humanitarian Action (CPHA) Technical Advisor to join our Emergency Response Roster. The successful candidate will provide strategic development and quality implementation of child protection programming in World Vision's humanitarian responses.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, International Development, Child Development, International Relations, Humanitarian Protection, Human Rights, or other relevant degree
- 5 years of experience with a mix of home country and international experience in humanitarian responses within complex, fragile and conflict related contexts
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Emotional intelligence (self-awareness, managing emotions and those of others, remaining calm/composed, dealing with ambiguity and change)
- European or international driving license
