Contracts Specialist - Franchise

World Travel Holdings is seeking a Contracts Administrator to administer franchise contracts in support of the Dream Vacations and CruiseOne franchise system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal documentation, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of franchise contracts throughout their lifecycle
• Process and maintain Assignments and Assumptions, legal name changes, and related legal documentation
• Draft and issue non-compliance and termination letters
• Prepare and distribute Annual Renewal letters
• Track Semi-Annual Franchise Disclosure Document reports
