Job Description
World Relief is seeking a passionate and experienced Principal Gifts and Planned Giving professional to drive their philanthropic goals. This role involves developing and executing strategies to build long-term donor relationships, manage significant gifts (principal and planned), and provide guidance to prospects. The Director will focus on both immediate gifts and future legacy building, working with legal, finance, and external advisors.
Requirements
- Actively maintains a portfolio of principal gift-level prospects with an associated annual revenue goal.
- Develops and grows relationships with donors.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of donor motivations, gift vehicles, and tax-advantaged planning.
