Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in a high-volume customer service environment
- Familiarity with HR systems and concepts
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to support non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and share knowledge with the HCM team
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
