Distribution Center Operations Supervisor-Windsor, VA

The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor will oversee team members, direct daily work assignments, and manage various functions. Must be willing to work differing shift assignments as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma – prefer 4 years of college
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiar with AS400 or similar WMS
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to demonstrate and motivate self-directed work teams.
• Must understand and support overall objectives of organization.
