Sales Executive - Employee Benefits

As a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for identifying, soliciting, and closing new Employee Benefits business, utilizing modern approaches to drive superior financial outcomes and help clients attract, retain, and motivate talent. You will be part of a rapidly growing team and will have the opportunity to prospect any company of any size to provide value to your clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years+ of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
• Excellent listening skills and consistently demonstrate a strong customer focus
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and sales CRM’s like HubSpot
