Risk Management Client Service Intern, Surety/Bonds - Brewster, NY

The WORLD Internship Program is a 10-week program aimed to develop a bench of talented professionals who will be able to join us after college graduation. As a Summer Intern, you will gain an understanding of the Insurance Industry and the distribution models for Insurance Products.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a business program at an accredited university or college and graduating in May 2027 or December 2026.
• Must be willing to work onsite, M-F between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Prior customer support experience preferred.
• Possess strong organization / administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance.
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
