Personal Lines Client Manager

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Personal Lines Client Manager to support Account Executives with client management and retention. The role involves managing a high volume of business, building client relationships, handling renewals, claims, and providing advocacy for excellent service. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3-7 years minimum Personal Lines Account Management experience required
• Property & Casualty License required
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required
• Strong administrative and computing skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Self-motivated and driven
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
