Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficiency in Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, Active Directory, Azure (Entra ID), Office 365
• Familiarity with Zoom, BOX, and ticketing systems
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed
