Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years supporting C-suite or senior finance leaders.
• Tech & Design Skills: Advanced PowerPoint and strong visual design sense (portfolio required).
• Communication: Excellent English (written and spoken) with a professional tone.
• Tools: Familiarity with Outlook, Concur, and travel booking systems.
• Bonus: Background in marketing, communications, or finance; basic Excel and data visualization skills.
• Remote Ready: Comfortable working across time zones and with employer-of-record models.
• Proactive & Confidential: High discretion and ability to anticipate needs.
