Health & Safety Instructor (Part-time)

We are looking for a part-time Health & Safety Instructor to deliver training courses at our Calgary Training Centre. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience delivering safety training and a background in construction, oil and gas management, and/or occupational health & safety.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience delivering safety training
• Training experience in Fall Protection, ESC-certified courses, and/or Red Cross First Aid considered an asset
• Background in construction, oil and gas management, and/or occupational health & safety preferred
• Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, and Confined Space Entry and Rescue experience an asset
• Strong presentation and adult-engagement skills
• Responsible self-starter who can work independently, while also contributing to the instructor team
• Valid Alberta Driver Licence - occasional travel by car for work
• Reside and able to legally work in Canada
