Job Description
We are looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Editor for 16 weeks. The role involves working with a team of writers, photographers, and advertising specialists to publish a visually-driven magazine.
Requirements
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others
- Trouble resolving to improve company efficiency
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Specialist and respectful use of email or phone
- Highly organized and personable
- Superb communication, syntax, and opportunity management capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Travel

- Experience in Digital Photography and/or Fine Arts is encouraged
