Job Description
Customer Service Representative to handle customer orders, provide technical support, and promote Latham products. Must have excellent customer service delivery skills, computer skills, and be able to work overtime as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of Associates degree
- 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
- Pool industry experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service delivery skills
- Ability to work overtime as required
