Job Description
WorkMotion is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive for the DACH market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored Global Hiring Solutions. The ideal candidate will be a successful self-starter with a strong understanding of German-speaking business.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Drive through 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Fluency in German (native level) and English skills
- Analytical mindset and customer focus
- Self-starter with resilience and adaptability
- Business Acumen (advantageous)
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
