Product Researcher

Product Researchers play a vital role in shaping products that help people feel recognised, connected, and valued at work. They lead end-to-end research across key product areas, partnering with design, product, and engineering to ensure user insight informs product decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience delivering user or product research end to end
• Strong experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Ability to independently choose and apply appropriate methods within an agreed research approach
• Experience working in B2B product environments, strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and confidence working with designers, product managers, and engineers
• Curiosity about AI-assisted research and emerging tools, with a willingness to experiment and learn
• Strong analytical thinking and sound judgement when working with complex or incomplete information
• Familiarity with common product and research collaboration tools
