Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a Product engineering squad who are expanding and improving our Recognition & Celebrations solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in our Dublin office in Park West at least three times per week.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development or technological experience
- Experience with SaaS cloud-based platforms, Java & React or similar technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create a collaborative high trust environment
- Agile mindset and ability to own and facilitate software development lifecycle and agile practices
- Experience in recruiting and evolving existing teams into high performing, collaborative teams
